I’m Muhammad Ahmad — a Dubai-based real estate broker, marketer and entrepreneur behind OffplanGuy. My journey started with design, e-commerce and digital marketing in Pakistan, where I learned to build brands, create content, run campaigns and turn ideas into real business. From there, I moved to Dubai and kept growing my experience in social media, marketing and business growth.

As a registered real estate broker, I work with investors and buyers across Dubai’s off-plan and secondary markets. I focus on the numbers, the location, the developer, the payment plan, the exit strategy — and above all, whether the opportunity actually makes sense for the client.

Through OffplanGuy, I’m building more than a real estate brand — a platform where real estate, marketing, technology and entrepreneurship come together. I’m not here just to sell properties.
